At Wish Karo, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to make the return and refund process simple and transparent.


Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window:
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

How to Initiate:
To start a return or exchange, simply call us at 9035758215 for quick assistance.

Refund Timeline:
Once your returned product is received and verified at our hub, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

⚠️ Note: A processing fee of ₹75 will be deducted per return or refund request.

Important:
Refunds or exchanges are initiated only after the returned product reaches our hub and passes the quality check.
If there is a delay in reverse pickup or courier delivery, the refund process will begin after the product is received. In such cases, we will raise a complaint with the courier partner to expedite the process.

Reverse Pickup:
If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, please courier the product to us. Once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 48 hours.

Condition for Return:
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags, accessories, and manuals. Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be declined.

Refund Options

Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallet, UPI):
Refunds will be credited to the same payment method within 5–7 working days after the product is received and verified at our hub.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
Please share your bank account details while requesting a return. Refunds will be processed to your account within 5–7 working days after verification.


Cancellation Policy

Before Shipping:
If you cancel your order before dispatch, a 100% refund will be issued to the original payment method.

After Shipping:
Once shipped, our Return & Exchange Policy will apply.


Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Baby diapers, wipes, and baby food

  • Feeding bottles & breastfeeding accessories

  • Personal care items (lotions, oils, creams, soaps, powders, cosmetics)

  • Grooming, oral care & maternity innerwear

  • Gift sets, gift certificates, and digital products

  • Nutritional supplements & hygiene essentials

For other items, the return/exchange eligibility shown on the product page at the time of purchase will apply.


Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in original condition, including all accessories and freebies.

  • During pickup, a Quality Check will be conducted (brand, color, size, condition, tags, and packaging). Returns failing this check will be declined.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

  • A ₹50 shipping fee may apply if an eligible order is refused or if a replacement/exchange is rejected after dispatch.

  • Refunds do not include original shipping, COD, or convenience fees (where applicable).
