Customer Support Will Contact You
Our customer support team will contact you to verify the request within 24 hours.

Pickup Scheduled & Product Collected
Once confirmed, we will arrange the exchange pickup. The delivery partner will collect the product from your location within 2–3 business days.

Exchange Dispatch
Based on your selected exchange option, the exchange process will be initiated.

Remarks:

  • For single-product orders, the exchange item will be dispatched immediately after pickup completion.
  • For multi-product exchanges, replacements will be shipped after the returned items are received and verified at our warehouse.
