Customer Support Will Contact You
Our customer support team will contact you to verify the request within 24 hours.

Pickup Scheduled & Product Collected
Once confirmed, we will arrange the exchange pickup. The delivery partner will collect the product from your location within 2–3 business days.

Ware House Quality Check
After receiving the returned product at our warehouse, a quality check will be performed to verify the product condition.

Refund Process Completed
Once the quality check is approved, the refund will be processed within 72 hours to your original payment method or provided account details.

Remarks:

If the order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) customers must provide valid UPI details to complete the refund process successfully.
